Ann Brandenburg Zeman is a free lance illustrator producing work for children's publishing, magazines, and private commissions. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon Masters Degree program in Fine Arts and has been a member of the University of Oregon Fine Arts faculty, teaching painting and drawing. Her illustration clients include The New Zealand National Wildlife Conservation Fund, the International Society for Technology in Education, The Henry Doorley Zoo, and the Lane County Medical Alliance.

I find illustration to be the discipline where one can create perfect realistic delusions, describe and experience in a clear and energetic fashion. For this reason my preferred technique is “light” illustration in clean and bold colors.
